Looking for a new challenge in 2027? Whether you’re a regular at the gym, getting back into exercise or simply fancy trying something completely different, The Longevity Games 2027 Spring Event is designed to give everyone the chance to get involved.
Taking place at Swindon Harriers’ Athletics Club in May 2027, the Longevity Games is an inclusive functional fitness event where the focus is on challenging yourself, having fun and being part of a supportive community atmosphere.
And this year, taking part can help make a difference for patients, families and staff supported by Brighter Futures too.
A fitness challenge for everyone
You don’t need to be an experienced athlete to take part.
Participants can choose from Novice, Intermediate and Proficient levels, allowing you to take on a challenge appropriate for your fitness and experience. If you’re completely new to functional fitness or returning to exercise after some time away, the Novice level has been specifically designed to be accessible to people of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels.
There are no finish times and no judgement, making it a fantastic opportunity to set yourself a personal goal and see what you’re capable of. This event has a fantastic community spirit which celebrates finish lines not finish times.
You can even arrange to take part in the same wave as a friend or family member, provided you have both chosen the same level.
Take part and support Brighter Futures
The spring series edition in May 2027 is supporting Brighter Futures, the charity of Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
When you choose the optional yellow finisher’s T-shirt, £5 from every entrance will be donated to Brighter Futures.
So, as well as taking on a brilliant personal challenge, you’ll be helping to support our work while having a yellow finisher’s T-shirt to proudly wear after completing the event.
Participants will also receive access to downloads of the professional high-resolution photographs taken at the event.

“There’s a great community atmosphere”
Our Community & Events Manager, Colby Cain, said:
“We’re so lucky here in Swindon to have the Longevity Games. It’s an event that’s suitable for people of all ages and abilities, and there’s always such a great community atmosphere. We recently met with Tim, the founder of the Games, and we’ve loved seeing just how much the event has grown and developed since the first one a couple of years ago.
We’re delighted to be involved once again and incredibly grateful that £5 from every finisher’s T-shirt purchased will be donated to Brighter Futures.
Whether you’re a fitness regular or you’ve never taken part in an event like this before, we’d encourage you to give it a go. We can’t wait to be there cheering everyone on and celebrating every participant who crosses that finish line!”
